Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

At Pure Wave Air Systems, we are committed to providing a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping, delivery, and returns policies.
Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations are excluded from this offer.
For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply.
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Shipping Time: The delivery time will depend on the carrier and may take up to 12 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery Policy
We fulfill all deliveries via Freight or standard ground shipping. For added convenience, curbside delivery is provided, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Before signing for your delivery, we ask that you carefully inspect the shipment to ensure the following:
- Check the shipment contents to verify that all items have been delivered.
- Inspect for damages: If you find significant damage to the shipment, we strongly encourage you to reject the delivery. Please notify Pure Wave Air Systems immediately, and we will arrange for a new order to be shipped as soon as possible.
- If you are unsure whether the damages warrant rejection, note the damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing for the shipment.
- Inside carton inspection: Open the boxes and check for any damages during transit. If you notice any issues with the products, please contact Pure Wave Air Systems with a detailed description and photographs of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’re here to help make that process as easy as possible. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
